Mine is the bmw m3 gtr from most wanted

The Porsches from Porsche Unleashed. I still claim that is the best NFS of all time.

If you want a specific car, I'd say the 911 Carrera 4 S (the non-turbo one, though the turbo was pretty sweet, too) is my favorite. I painted mine dark green, all the upgrades, balanced the suspension and steering just right.
