Nothing

I'm More concerned about the game itself rather than which company is plastered all over it.

But EA= Bad at making games.

The only latest game I liked from them was Skate. Burnout was alright but it was too repetetive.

That's a matter of opinion.

I have been an EA fan since the first C&C games they had a hand in. Westwood did a great job and EA finishes off.

I don't believe that if you are a developer as big as them that you will churn out great 9/10 games around every corner. You are bound to get some hokey pokey titles as well, but that is where the actual gamer needs to make ducated decisions such as reading up on reviews beforehand and not buying blindly just because you can.

EA has my vote. At least you know that you will be entertained more often than not!

I couldn't agree more.

I don't really care. It annoys how people assume that any game made by EA is bad. There's actually quite a few EA games I like.

Maybe it's just me, but I've seen a few people defending EA with games like Command and Conquer, but for me, as soon as Westwood went out of the picture, I thought the series just went downhill...

Evade at All costs...

KillOBKilled

thats one of the biggest reasons i hate EA... EA thinks graphics are the most important thing and they kill "fun" factor.

Like any big publisher, EA has a ton of talent on tap, some of it good, some of it bad. Ignoring the developer and focusing on the publisher is akin to buying books by the publisher and the not the writer.

I don't buy many EA games, but games like Mirror's Edge, Spore and The Sims 3 are definentely on my radar.

nds wether they are the devs or the publishers, like with Crysis, they published it but Crytek developed it and it was awesome, the Army of Two in which they developed it, talk about overhyped crap

though EA do a memorable service, they develop games that make all other games around it look better, allowing us to enjoy more of the higher quality games that are out there

make a good point, though I still think that the constant stream of sequels and series' that EA churns our, like their sports stuff, is a not worth my time, though thats just my opinion, personally I think EA overhype their games way to much

When a company publishes as many games as EA does, there are bound to be some good ones and some bad ones. I can't really judge anything just from seeing that the game is coming from EA. Usually more important is the franchise or developer association, or just how interesting the subject matter looks.

I am pretty grateful to EA, they kept me going through college with lots of quality expansions for the Sims. ;) What girl survives college without those, eh?

I do agress with this, though i do find myself thinking 'annual EA game again' when i see some stuff advertised lik fifa and madden etc. But end of day part of that is business and part of it is the nature of the sport they are portraying, they do change very quickly really. EA aint that bad and has really come good again of late, with C & C 3 and crysis to name a few (ok, crysis is 3rd party but you get me point..)

Not a whole lot outside of whatever thoughts that the front cover may induce...

That somehow it is gonna have a damn "EA Tracks" music selection I won't be able to skip! But seriously, I really care more about the game itself and not the publisher. I own 4 games with the EA logo on it: Burnout 3, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 and Most Wanted and SSX Tricky. All of them great games, regardless of the EA logo. Then again that's 4 games outta more than 200 that I own, so yeah, EA is not among my top choice of publishers. I don't play sports games so that is not an issue for me.

If I like the sound of the game I will buy it, when i think of EA i usually think of it had potential.

That should really be EAs motto "we have potential."
