Do you mean scary or just odd? if you mean scary it would have to be one of the early RE games, i dont remember which one it considering i must have only been 5 or something.

I was and still am scared of pretty much everything. The title screen for Zelda OOT really creeped me out when I was little, and I was downright scared by the robot chapter in Live-a-Live. Otherwise, I avoid anything that I know will be scary.

In that Tiny Toon Adventures game for the SNES, that one level where you have to go through a haunted house used to give me goosebumps as a child. The music in particular was what contributed to the majority of its scariness.

Doom. It doesn't frighten me now one bit, but back then, it was a horrorfest. XD

I remember renting Mortal Kombat for my Sega Genesis, I must have been 5 or 6 at the time. I can't even remember which character it was but I couldn't even beat the first guy. His fatality moved scared the crap out of me and I couldn't sleep at all that night. The next day I took it back and exchanged it for Chamelion Kid (awesome game).

For some reason, and I still don't know why, I used to be so scared of the Forest Temple in LOZ:OOT

I was pretty terrified of Resident Evil. I still get scared easily today and stay away from games with any type of horror in them.

I'm playing Batman right now and get freaked out whenever the Scarecrow appears.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis nemesis scare the hell out of me, getting a point that i turned off my playstation when he appears suddendly, besides, i had no experience as a gamer at that age so i thought that nemesis could appear in everywhere, not only in certain points of the game so i was terrified in great part of the game

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. I watched my uncle play and I almost pooped my shorts.

And then Came Silent Hill 2... Long dark hallways, static and wriggling creatures have never been scarier.

silent hill 3 is waaaaay scarier than 2 IMO, the first time i played the game, i thought the game had a glitch when the monsters suddendly moved fast while they're in the floor

Zombies Ate My Neighbors for the SNES... that game gave me nightmares for some reason, and I hated playing it even though it was fun.

The Forest Temple from OoT kinda creeped me out too, and I was playing it when I was older than I'd like to admit lol
