Which is harder, a console FPS or PC FPS?

I think playing FPS in console or PC is not hard. For instance, playing in conse we can aim the villain with analog stick and in PC we can aim direct to villain with moving our mouse, but it's different if we play in PSP, it is hard if we aim the enemy with press the O, X, triangle and square button.

It's harder to manouver your character using a controler, that's all. The more control you have, the more control you have to master.
