why do people like angry birds ?

I've seen like every kid at my school playing this game. Even my dad is playing it. I don't get it at all. It's a total gimmick imo. wow angry birds ! you launch birds and try to knock stuff down ! I've never seen a game like that in my life !

The majority of people have terrible taste in everything, just look at the box office numbers for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Yes, I know this joke has been beaten into the ground by now but this really stands as a testament to the stupidity of the world.
