Nobody but serious comic geeks really know who Deathstroke is, heck most people who are aware of the character think of him as Slade thanks to the Teen Titans cartoon. Because he is such a niche character no developer would be willing to devote millions of dollars creating a game around him. Sure he's appeared in a few games as a villain or boss battle, and thats likely all he'll ever be - a cameo.
[QUOTE="FPotenza"]Deathstroke ould be a great game. He was Batmans partner in a few comics and is a kick a$$ superhero. I would love to see a Deatstroke version of Batman: Arkham City!!! Deadstroke is like a Punisher but with little powersthat make is smarter, faster, stronger and freakin Bad A$$!! Check out Deathstroke just for kicks. It would make a great action adventure game i'm sure of it. What do you guys this?annoyingdevilWhos deathstroke?
LMFAO!! Good one! But I mean if Infamous was so good and he's a new character that no one heard of. Producers just decided to try it out and go with the strory line of one guy running around the city and blowing stuff up shooting lightning out of his hands. Deathstroke is kind of a Batman with no cape and no special gadgets. I think some gaming companies could come up with a great game with a intriguing story. Some thing similar to Arkham Asylum.FPotenza
Yeah, but the difference between a game like inFamous and a Deathstroke game is simple:
The Developer of inFamous didn't have to pay a license fee or royalties for rights to use the character. They didn't have to follow the rules that DC would certainly set and were free to do what they wanted because it was an original Intellectual Property (IP) that they owned.
For a popular character like Batman or Spiderman or Superman - paying the fees aren't so much of a risk as the games are likely to sell because more people know who the characters are and would want to buy and play a game based on them. But for a character like Deathstroke who is - at best - a third rate villain that doesn't really have a large game buying fanbase - its a risk that most developer/publishers would not be willing to take.

In other words he's like Batman with super-human strength, reflexes, and senses... Like Batman he's able to take out 5-6 members of the Justice League single-handedly... Without his mask
Identity Crisis (when he dispatched the Justice League by himself)
When he killed Ryan Choi (The New Atom)
His arch nemesis is Nightwing(Dick Grayson, the original Robin) because Nightwing was the leader of the Titans who foiled one of his assassination contracts and held a grudge ever since... One of my favorite rivalries in the DCU.
He has his own comic right now: TITANS
him vs. my favorite superhero: Aquaman
In conclusion, I doubt they will ever put a game focused on a villain assassin.
Few reasons:
1. Hardly anybody knows who he is. It's unfortunate, really; he's one of my favorites. And this is no excuse: they should make some games about obscure characters.
2. He's a villain.
Personally, I would like to see him be a villain in a Batman game.
