I don’t think so. All the big streamers just slate every aspect of the game almost because it’s cool to do so. It’s actually irritating how quick people are to trash talk the game but are willing to give 0 praise when they do something right. Just constant complaining and bitching.

Who cares? Its a trash game that somehow got popular on streaming, lets just let it enjoy its 15 minutes of fame and let it die into obscurity.

people always bitch about changes to the meta in any game. It's just a form of laziness that takes holds where people have gotten good at one style and don't want to rethink what they are doing. So instead they bitch and moan about how the dev is destroying the game. Just watch the twitch rival streams, pro scrims and the tournaments and you'll see there's still a healthy amount of skill both with building and shooting going into this game. A lot of the fuss boils down to lower level players not good or willing enough to adapt.

As much as competitive shooters have seasons that they like to number...I guess Fortnite is on season 5 now... the actual seasons come and go by the changes in the meta that come about during midseason patches. And just like with your favorite TV shows there will be some seasons you get into more than others. For example people are raving now that Overwatch has patched itself into a perceived skill meta from the previous double sniper meta. So now the focus has shifted to individual skill plays and you've got tanks and even Anas carrying fights rather than sitting back waiting for their snipers to click heads.

The game is just bad, it involves running around, jumping around, and shooting around. I tried checking the game out, got in, saw a guy. Started shooting at him but he started blocking my shots by building around, then he started going up by building upwards I kept shooting at him then he jumped down and killed me while I was reloading. Then I just closed the game and deleted it and thought to myself - Good riddance!
