will there be a COD MW 3? Or should there be one?

Will there be a MW3 by any chance? just want to know. i saw a joke video but is there any chance of making MW3?

Based on the success of MW2 and the COD series in general, it is safe to say that there will be a MW3, as well as more COD games. Based on the ending of MW2 (I won't spoil it for anyone, although by now if you haven't beaten the campaign what are you thinking?) there are a few different routes IW can take. They could either continue the gameplay that has been so successful in COD4 and MW2, or they can approach it in a more stealthy/sneaky gameplay, or even co-op since *SPOILER* only two of the main characters (not counting the Russian pilot) survive. Either way, I won't be surprised when Activision announces MW3.

Is this really a question that has to be asked? Of course there will be, and yes there should be another one, if only because there are so many people playing Modern Warfare 2 that they deserve to have another, more complex (hopefully) installment.

They'll bleed it dry until the day people don't like to shoot each other.

[spoiler] Makarov is still probably alive. Price and Soap are pretty much wanted criminals. The US is going to go to war with Russia. I'm pretty sure they plan on a third. [/spoiler]

With the ending of MW2 in mind, yes. But it's going to be hard to come up with an entirely new concept of modern warfare once IW finishes this inevitable trilogy.

[spoiler] I mean, once you have Russia and USA go at each other in a huge superpower bang, how are you gonna follow up? Going back to small terrorist groups or PMCs won't really cut it if you ask me. [/spoiler]

I don't think they should of made Call of Duty 1 but hey each to his own
