In GGD try to pose questions that cause discussion rather than poll type questions. But I do agree with you, Batman AA is by far the best game I've played this year. Had everything you'd want in a good game, plus one of the all-time great heroes in it.btaylor2404I agree.I think it will go down as one of the greatest superhero games of all time

I bought it for my son for his birthday and wasn't expecting too much but I was stunned. One of the rare games I finished and started right back up on hardest level, which is a good challenge. A complete game, in every aspect IMO. Best since MGS4 to me.
I think Batman AA and inFamous are the top runners so far, but there are still quite a few games coming out this fall. Before games like Uncharted among thieves, assassins creed 2, tekken 6,to name a few, come out there is really no way to name a best game. particularly looking forward to among thieves.
I'm pretty sure Killing Floor is the only game released in 2009 I've bought, so by default I have to go with that.
Oh, I got Prototype too, but I had much more fun with Killing Floor.

good list. Devil Survivor is a pleasent addition to the DS library, especially because of its dark and slightly disturbing story. I'm only on day 3 though :PGTA: Chinatown Wars, SMT: Devil Survivor, or Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story so far. The DS just owns this year.

[QUOTE="McMJ3"]Hmm, my GOTY so far would be BlazBlue. Ravirr
Blazblue, bought it release week, and haven't stopped playing it since. It made me buy an arcade stick for it.
totally agree, blazblue is the specific game that really got me back into fighting games(before this, i havent been into them since snes days)Street Fighter IV, it brought me back to fighting games and made me passionate about them again. I still play it religiously and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon.
Other games worth mentioning are: Little King's Story, so much to do and has charm written all over it, and Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, I am still not finished with it but its already becoming one of my favorites and might equal or even surpass Superstar Saga in greatness. There are many other games that I enjoyed greatly this year, but those three stand out the most.
