[QUOTE="iwilson1296"]Halo 2, what an overrated overhyped pile of fecal matter that game was.TheLegendKnight
I didnt even find it disappointing after playing Halo 1, which is piece of $#%&
my biggest disappointment is in Half Life because i thought it was a game from outer world thanks to its hype but i found its a game with generic explosion in the lab and so on story.
never ever
Pokemon Colosseum... 'nough said.Funkyhamster
Agreed no voices?, no pokemon music?, no narration on fights?, classic music on pkmn battles= Really boring and a good medicine to sleep. The game was only made to trade the pkmn that were not available on Ruby/Sapphire/Esmerald/Fire Red/Leaf Green, so it was a trash game.
For me the most disappointing game was Family Guy, I know I should have seen that coming but as a Family Guy Fan, tough at least the game will be fun.
Although it's not bad by any means, I'd have to say Vagrant Story. I'm about halfway through the game...and I have to talk myself into playing it. So many other games are calling to me---and this one feels like a chore. The story is almost nonsensical at times. That said, there are enough rewarding parts to motivate me to carry on. So,while I don't think it's bad, (I'd give it a solid 7 out of 10)I do view it as a disappointment.
One of these days I'll get around to completing it.
[QUOTE="NEOSPARKING"]rogue galaxy for 20 bucks its not even worth one ..PS2gamer1013
Does anyone else agree with this?
I agree, the game bored me to death. Also Zelda TP was a huge disappointment.Final Fantasy VIII. It's the only JRPG that I didn't bother to finish. Huge disappointment, especially compared to all the other Final Fantasy games I've played.
The second most disappointing game is Halo 2. I loved the first one but this game was a huge letdown.

Oh yeah. I was so hyped for this game as I loved Level 5's previous efforts but this one was just so boring. The art design and back drop were pretty cool but the battle system and the uber-linear and bland environments made me cry.mortal kombat 4 for sure. after getting 3 for the psx i was expecting something completly different then what i got.
Haha I remember playing a demo of the game and it WAS terrible.Gore, the worst FPS/GAME ever. bad gameplay, bad graphics, bad story....stupid!

The first Rainbow Six, N64 version. It had like 12 levels. Entire game could be completed within 3 hours. You could do a little experimentation trying out the different items available. so maybe 10 hours total gameplay for $60. Complete waste of money.
For whatever reason FF8 just didn't work for me. I guess that I couldn't accept the fact that it wasn't FF7 part 2. Maybe I'll have a go at it again sometime soon.
I was also very pumped for Battle Arena Toshinden due to it being a PS launch title and that didn't go so well for me.
Halo 1-2 - Just never liked them.
Zelda Twilight Princess - To me, it had the worst overworld, worst story, and worst characters of any Zelda game.
Assassin's Creed
Resident Evil 5
Vagrant Story. killerrd1
agree, great graphics sound scene introduction to a mediocre game in its fundaments. this game is the demonstration form over substance, a real disappointment
Final Fantasy VII. I was expecting to be the best game ever because of all the hype, but... it just isn't. It remains (in my opinion) inferior to the likes of the awesome Final Fantasy VI.
Metroid Prime, I somehow couldn't get into that game.thecasualnoob
Wow, I think that's one of the best games ever.....one of only 3 I've ever given a perfect score.
You should give it another shot, it takes some people time to get into, but once you do, it'll grab hold of you and you'll love it! It's one of those games where at some point you hit an "aha" moment, and you can't stop playing it. Even better the second and third time through, you realize more of the detail you missed the first time.
Anyhow, my pick is The Longest Journey.....could be I just don't like point-and click adventures much, but lets face it, some of those puzzles were soooooo non-intuitive it drives you nuts.
Guild Wars: Nightfall for the PC. What a turd.Bgrngod
Thats another surprise to me, loved Nightfall. Nice to have heroes as well.
Had to give you a thumbs-down on that review :P , well-written but IMO off-target.
....and of course its not going to be a spectacular PvP experience if you don't have skills from at least Prophecies or Factions as well. Best to have at least 2 GW games or you will be obliterated in PvP usually.

My best friend didn't like that either, he was like "its too robotic, it bugs me out". Too bad, that game kicks some.
