1. Never stop playing until the fight is over
2. Never abuse bugs or cheat
3. Never rage

@tryit: lol I don’t care much for story but bc the game get a little boring I love action so I can agree on that.
I don't play multiplayer only games
I don't buy COD games
I don't buy EA games
No microtransaction purchases at all
No preordering
Replayability is almost always a must
Any game that has scored under 75% by majority of consumers and reviewers will not be purchased
I have 3 personal game rules that I follow. If any of these 3 rules are in games, I refuse to play that game because I know I will not like it and end up hating it and eventually I might even smash the game or a controller or the TV or whatever. So out of aggravation and frustration I follow these 3 rules of games I will not play
1. No platforming games
2. No Quick Time Event games
3. No games with respawning enemies.
What are your personal game rules you have?
That's not a bad list although I don't mind 2 so much.
Anyway some of my rules which I mostly stick to would be:
1. Don't buy into try-hard multiplayer games like cod/battlefield
2. Don't spend much if any money on cosmetic dlc or subscriptions
3. Wait for sales
4. Puzzle games suck
5. Indie games (except for rare exceptions) also suck
6. Sporting games generally suck
No online only or MP only games
No EA, Activision, Ubisoft games
No story only games that people react to it on Youtube ... kind of games that you play only once because the gameplay is shit but it is all about the reaction and once you had them there is no point of playing it
