Mischief Makers? It was a game on the N64 that was a great blast to play. I just saw it as a Stepmania song.

Of course. It was for me one of the very few games that made the N64 worth owning.

Actually for years I only had 3 N64 games, all by Treasure: Mischief Makers, Bangaioh and Sin & Punishment.

I remebere this game very well. I forgot most of the gameplay elements, I remebere I rented it twice from 2 very different locations, and it was alot of fun. There were tons of N64 games like this, just plain fun, not too hardcore into concepts.
