I'm trying to put my two SEGA banners together using photoshop so they only take one space, but I basically can't do crap in photoshop, only looking at it gives me a headache.

Basically, I got to the little animation window that shows up, but I can't seem able to do anything, not even to just paste the image.

I'm really at a loss, since I don't know what does what, So if anyone could tell me how to do it, or better if anyone could just join the images together for me that'd be great.

You have to open one of your sega images and put the other one as a layer. You should see an eye over 2 squares. Check whatever box is next to the one you want to show first, then duplicate the gif and check the one you want to see now and uncheck the other one. Be sure they are aligned though.
Now click the dots button which will make a tween. The average frames should be 15, but you can undo and changed it to whatever speed you want. Repeat the process doing vise versa, but delete the last frame of animation using a trash can. Now you can put together 2 userbars. If that is too tough, you can use userbaranimator.com and do that :P

OK I somehow managed to mix them, but now the problem is that it's not saving the image as nothing else but .psd, how can I save it as a .gif?

You should be able to chose the format when you save (or at least Save-as) in the drop down box.

That's the problem, when I chose save-as the only option is .psd, there isn't another. :P
