I need good ping

Hello guys, I want to ask a question. I'm just a new user, have bad english, so please be tolerance for me.

I have a good internet connection, but at the same time, when i used it for my games, this internet have a bad ping. when i used for download, reach until 5 mbps. when i used for playing dota, it's just 200 ping. can u help me to fix this guys.

Note: it is my first time using this internet connection

I recommend you to close all the background running apps which consume internet.
