I have tried unsuccessfully to reset my password using their "reset password" option on the game interface. Big problem occurs when you can't remember your username or the username that pops up on the welcome screen and your email address don't match. Most all sites give you the options for retrieving BOTH username and passwords when forgotten. There is no way to verify username and then sue it to reset password. Also, there is no way to delete the account (and therefore clear the email on file). how do I resolve this?
