Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0 Cyanogen mod help

I have the Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0 and I want to install Cyanogen. Only problem is, it is not offically supported. So I am wondering which version do you think I should get? I was thinking the Vibrant or Galaxy S version.

uh, no. Do not, under any circumstances, flash a rom for a different device even if they are nearly identical, unless the rom developer specifically states it can be done. Theres a hundred small things about a rom that could go wrong if you try to do that.

Thanks. I definently won't try that then. Maybe I should just try to email the developer and tell him whats up. You know? See if they are, or will work on one for my device.
