They should have left Plummer in. Jay just wasn't ready in my opinion.

The QB situation in Denver doesn't seem promosing at all. I guess just giving a Cutler a chance to get used to the offensive scheme and everything may be there best bet. So, just leave Jay in.

They should have left Jake Plummer as the starter.  Right now he gives them the better chance of winning and taking them to the playoffs.

Not the way he has been playing. I remeber a year ago, he was going on a long streak of most games thrown without throwing an interception....what happened??

Jake Plummer just wasn't getting the job done.  So bring in Cutler and see what he can do.  And besides the time spent learning this year will only help make him better next year.

Neither they're better off with someone like Drew Bledsoe.

Jake Plummer wasnt cutting it and Jay Cutler's a rookie. These past 2 weeks we've seen the highs and lows of Cutler. After this season he should get it all down and become a solid starting QB.

i think cutler will do fine but he will struggle the rest of the year.  he will get some much needed experience for next year.  shanahan is most likely thinking about next year.

In his last two games, Cutler has thrown 4 td's and 2 int's. Sure he hasn't won but I guarantee you, if Plummer was playing he would have thrown at best 2 tds and 4-5 int's. And I think you were talking about scheffler not sheppard? I dunno. And drew bledsoe? Yeah right.

Yesterday I s aw some development in Jay Cutler. He didn't scramble.... He had some quick throws.... and also, he was really accurate.

I agree. Denver plays the Cardinals next week so I'm looking for a huge game out of Cutler.

He's started 2 games, the broncos probably won't make the playoffs this year but Cutler is gonna get quite a bit of experience. So watch out next year Cutler is gonna be replacement the Broncos have been looking for since Elway retired. I can't to see how Brandon Marshall and Tony Scheffler develop too.

Brandon Marshall is definitely gonna be a beast. If Rod Smith retires, which I don't think he will, Marshall will be a great #2 guy.
