I don't know why Tampa picked up Plummer and Garcia since Garcia is infinitely better. I just hope they know what they are doing.

it makes no sense for tampa to get plummer but he is going to "retire" and go play for his buddy's team the texans

Yeah I'm not too sure about this, "retiring" he's doing. I think it's a stunt to get into Houston.
