Nope. I like Tony Romo as the backup, but he's not a starter. Bledsoe has a better arm, more experience, and the o-line troubles are very exagerrated.wallymartin
Yes our o-line has been improved since last year, not to mention last year it was injured...and we had a 7th round draft pick starting at RT.
[QUOTE="GamerMan97"]Bledsoe should start, Romo should be played tho Espurs117
2 QB system?....better throw that idea out the window.
its just what i think. i dont think he will play like half the game, i think he will get some timeBledsoe should start the season so he can get a chance to show what he's worth. bgres077Â which is not much I think bledsoe is overated he can be good but when he is bad he is really bad
Well Peter Kings seems to think that Tony Romo will start the season as the Cowboys QB. What do you guys think? Drew Bledsoe is the current starter and Romo is the backup for now.Espurs117 Peter Kings is doing what most "knights of the typewriter" do best, they stir things up even when not based on an ounce of fact. But I do know about Tony Romo as I followed him from his Eastern Ill college days. He won the Walter Payton award which is given to I-AA guys. This award is given to the "best" player regardless of position. Pretty prestigious I would say. When the Cowboys drafted him, I was pumped. Parcells took a liking to him from day one and you can see that now. Romo is very witty, funny and has personality plus. He will make a good game announcer for the Cowboys in the future when his playing days are over much like Babe Laufenberg does now. He also is pro quality golfer who has missed the cut by a stroke the past two years at the Byron Nelson tournament. His caddy? None other than Drew Bledsoe.
as a cowboys fan i should know almost every player on the team but the only Romo i know is the guy who cooks good Ribs
Bill Parcells really likes Tony Romo from what ive heard but Bill is in the last years of his career and he wants to win.
i dont think he is going to let some unproven kid start over a former pro-bowler who still has some gas in the tank.
i want ryan leaf to start for dallas.... hate dallasGoliath_unit
Why in the hell are you spamming and mentioning Ryan Leaf for? Take your stupid trolling but out of this Union and take a hike, the guy has not been in the league for 8 years and is considered by many to be the biggest bust in NFL history and yet you mention this ancient bust in this Union.

Well for the record Romo wasent drafted, he was an undrafted free agent. He was projeceted go to as early as 4th round though.
