Is it worth it? The unit sold is very smooth and light-to-no scratches. Please need advice ASAP. Thanks.

I would rather get a 3DS as it is BC you could play 3DS and DS games a 2-in-1 system!

Please not the 3DS. I can't get it due to its region lockout. I'm asking if $110 is worth for a used DSi.

For some more you can get a DSi XL, which has bigger screens. But that might spoil your eyes so that you will think other system's screens are too small.

If you're in the states, that's a bit on the high end for a used DSi. They go from between $79-109 on Amazon.

I love my XL but some people think it's too bulky.

I'm in the Philippines so things are much pricier here. The reason I can't buy the 3DS is because it costs 200 dollars (8500 PHP) here and because of the region lockout. I know US has much affordable prices when it comes to games so that's why I'm planning to visit that country sometime after college. :)

XL's are around that price online in great condition on Amazon.com, pay a wee bit more and get more out of your handheld!

DSi's are region locked too, at least for DSiware games and DSi enhanced titles like Pokemon.

As a nostalgia gamer, I would say no. I've heard you can't use GBA cartridges and have to downlaod it or something. If you like old GBA games, do not get the DSi. They are not compatible.
