2 questions about pokemon please help

hi im up to the elite 4 and i wondered if my pokemon could do it

infernape 55

gyarados 61

palkia 55

haunter 40

and i just wondered if i havnt seen a pokemon in fire red or leaf green could someone still trade it with me

Personality, i THINK the level of Haunter is too low... 50s to 60s is good.

yeah try getting all of ur pokemon to lvl 60-65, and then ull be good enough for the elite four
