20 bucks says a Luigi's Mansion 2 will be announced at E3...

I thought Luigi's Mansion was pretty boring

If they improved it I wouldn't mind a sequel at some point eventually, but announced instead of the likes of a new Pikmin, Kid Icarus, Zelda, Starfox etc? I'd be extremely disappointed.

well that is only ur opinion.....i for one loved luigis mansion

i thought the game was awesome and the possibilities on the wii are awesome. of course they would learn from the first game and have more interesting ways of advancing the story insted of just suck up ghost get key suck up next ghost lol which was still not so bad.

maybe add a few new items luigi could use. longer better story, maybea few different paths you could choose. motion control of the flashlight and vacume (however you spell it) but yes i think it could be fun.

I don't really see any reason to think they will announce it, but if they did I would go and pre-order it the very next day. Luigi's Mansion is my favorite GCN game.

If they announce pikmin or starfox I will cry. Especially pikmin, even though I bought the first one.

i hope so...and it is true, a lot of games do bring back hints of a luigis mansion sequel. in super mario sunshine F.L.U.D.D. was created by the man in the white coat and the man in the white coat is prof gadd from luigis mansion...u hav 2 admit its possible for a ssecond mansion..

This just in, Nintendo to announce Super Mario Sunshine 2 at E3 because of the inclusion of Delfino Island and FLUDD in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

They better make Luigi's Mansion 2. I loved the first one to bits and there are obvious advantages to making a sequel on the Wii.

Luigi's Mansion is one of my favorite's on the gamecube. Short and simple sure, but it had a charm to it. A sequel with the wiimote would be full of win. Lot's of room for improvement.

True, unfortunately. Nintendo has so many franchises to fall back on yet its main focus appears to be Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and Metroid. They should make use of the Wii's gigantic userbase and bring out at least one iteration of each and every franchise for the sake of diversification as well as to introduce the public to whatever else Nintendo has to offer.

While I like the game one of the reasons it sold so much was because there wasn't much of anything else to choose from. Also it did horribly in Japan, that's not a great sign of another one coming soon.

As for it being in a lot of other games, I think that's the same way Mr Game and Watch was in a game.
