I love Super Smash Bros., and i can wait for the 3rd installment Brawl. Over the years people want 3rd party charactures into the game, such as Sonic and now the true Snake from MGS. I dont know about others but im a nintendo fan, but not as big as a Fanboy. I trully think no 3rd party guys should be in Brawl, excpecailly snake for one im not a big fan of MGS and he is manily PS2 and PS3. Well these are mine feelings, what about yours. Do you thing 3rd party charactures belong in Brawl or future titles, or should it just be nintendo charactures. And for all those people who want sonic in the game, i have one thing to say, 2d sonic good, 3d sonic just plan awful.
Any character that works good on SSBB and is interesting and cool should be in the game. Adding 3rd party characters is good because it makes relations with 3rd party companies better and it widens the audience of the game. Just because you dont like Snake does not mean I dont or the thousands upon thousands that will get the game now just because Snake is in it. Of course some people cannot be in it but there are alot that can. Sonic and Snake are two that definitely can.
There are a few characters I would love to be in Brawl (i.e Sonic, Megaman, or Bomberman) but other than some of those characters I wouldn't want third party characters from a Final Fantasy game, or from other games that don't have a significant past with Nintendo.

Ah the inevitable fanboy answer, what is the big deal, guess what if you dont like snake dont play as him, hell you dont even have to unlock him. Also stop making these topics there are wayyyyyy too many of these.

by the way sora, isn't he in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for the GBA? If you notice I said console not handheld, GBA was the only handheld out there at the time and Nomura wanted to have a KH handheld.
i agree with a lot of people saying that more chactures in Brawl would be a good thing, the more the merrier. But take more chacture out for the nintendo games. They some what did it in melee, with fox and falco, and most of the mario chactures were ther and zelda, add more from more games, like Metroid add in not only zero suit samus add in Riddly from the games, or the new bounty hunters in Metroid Prime Hunter (which was a good game). Find more chactures from the series to put into the games, there like over 1000 they can choose from. Personally i think Majora from LOZ: MM would be a good addtion. It was EGM, it sadens me that I ACTULLY tried the code they gave soooo many times then I thought, wait.... SEGA.....NINTENDO.....SEGA??? awwww so I want Sonic and Tails in the next one
as long as their a minority. if brawl has like 40 characters i'd be okay with 3 3rd parties, but if they put in more than 5 then i'd have a problem with that.
I didn't object to the idea of Link being a guest character in Soul Calibur II. . . . so I don't mind having 3rd party guest characters in SSBB either. As long as the game doesn't get crowded with them. Snake was a great choice, and I think Sonic would be a perfect fit. Other than that, I'd rather see more Nintendo characters included (Krystal).

What you people need to understand is that Sonic has been in A LOT of Nintendo games so he deserves a place in there! And really so do the old Final Fantasy characters! They're redoing so much of the old FF games for the GBA and they had Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (AMAZING GAME!!!) so I wont be surprised if they had some of them in there! Like old moogles or some FFCC people. Cloud, however, SHOULDN'T be in there! I LOVE Cloude but he's not a Nintendo guy... Why dont people even say they want cool characters like Sheena and Lloyd from Tales of Syphonia!? They didn't even say that Zelda will be in there! AND WE NEED ZELDA!!!! I LOVE HER!!!!

ye omg i broke my hands tryin to do that.
that lier said u gotta kill at least 20 multi man milee in cruel mode and i did it and at the end my fingers were all broke and sonic neva came out :(
I know exactly how you feel. Me and my friend tried for ever to unlock Sonic, when we finally had beaten 20 wire-frames in cruel mode only a Mr. Resseti trophy was unlocked. When we found out it was a hoax we were so pissed.
