Are the HD cables worth it?

I have a 42" HD TV and was wondering if the HD cables would make that big of adifference if the clearness and overall look of the games. My TV has a native resolution of 1080i or 720p im not to sure. Thanks in advance.

Yes Component cables make a significant difference. However the Wii only does 480p max.
