Not Happy: - Most games are just lousy ports (Far Cry Vengenace was a joke) - Some 3rd party developers don't see it's potential - Lots of kiddie games like Dora the explorer and other kiddy cartoons - Small amount of teen and mature games - The nunchuck suffers some weird bugs :( migeru1305
I don't think that most games for the Wii are ports (crappy or otherwise). It is true that 3rd party developers don't see it's potential, but the existence of kiddie games shouldn't cause you to be unhappy. You don't have to purchase games you are not interested in.
As for mature titles, it's bizzare. While there may not be alot of mature games, those that exist try to over-compensate for the lack of numbers. Take, for example, House of the Dead: Overkill. it is a great game, but there are way too many f-bombs to play the game with the soundtrack turned up. No More Heroes 2 is much the same. The mature games on Wii don't just deserve a mature rating, it's like they should have a mature ++ rating.
Wii developers apparently aren''t satified with realistic blood and some strong language. Their games have to have copious amounts of blood splattering everywhere and excessive amounts of profanity. Is there a problem with this? Yes. It's called limiting your audience. Don't get me wrong, I love these games, but they are not for everyone over the age of 17. The limited audience playes against Wii owners as develpers point to weak sales and decide that there is no mature audience for the Wii. Catch 22?
I still like my Wii. I have had more fun on Wii than any other console.
The only thing I'm upset at Nintendo about is that they letMicrosoft get PERFECT DARK 64, in HD, at 60FPSwith Online Play!!!! Other than that, I'm totally satisfied with my Wii. Come on Nintendo, you REALLY NEED to get over whatever your problem is and get Perfect Dark and or Goldeneye 007 at 60FPS on WiiWare with Online Play, I know it won't be HD but screw that.
im sorta happy its just with alot of games i felt let down, like how galexy was soo easy, or how mario kart was made into a item fest and your place depended all on luck, how excite bots and excite truck took me 2 hours to beat each of them, i feel like they could be putting more content into their games and makeinf online better and stuff theor just lazy
I play on my Nintendo Wii more than my XBOX 360, just because with the 360 you gotta pay to use Wi-fi. Thats just dumb. Also the wii is just really user friendly to me. :D

My point can be summed up as the opposite of this. I love the wii's potential but I hate EVERY GAME out there I would have liked mario kart and brawl if it had a headset, but without it. It's just a bad boring joke. There are 2 games I found worth my time chronicles and darkside chornicles I want more mature titles. galaxies was fun for a playthrough as were some others but really I only liked chronicles also the wii not going hd is, well, pathetic. All in all Id say if the wii had a headset, better games, and hd it would be good and I'd be happy but it doesn't it doesnt and it doesn't all In all I'll say teh wii sucks but further than that there are only two games split between xbox and ps3 I want to play so I just think videogames suck these daysI am quite happy with it, although an achievement or trophy system would make me play it even more. :P
I love Nintendo, but if I'm being honest, the Wii has been my least favorite console from them. And I don't necessarily think it's the concept of the Wii that I have a problem with, but more so the games. I mean with the exception of Super Mario Galaxy, I feel Nintendo's games were better last generation and generations before that.
But let me just take last generation. This is my opinion.
Metroid Prime 1&2>Metroid Prime3
LOZ: Windwaker>LOZ: TP
Paper Mario:TTYD>Super Paper Mario
Mario Kart: DD>Mario Kart Wii
I guess I just feel like Nintendo has gotten lazy with a lot of their franchises when they could be pushing it a lot more. I pretty sure I'll be attacked for saying that, but that's how I feel right now. But I will say Metroid: Other M gives me some hope.
I had PS2 and Xbox last gen and I am liking the Wii better and even liking it better than 360. There are actually alot of good games out for the Wii. It's by far the most superior in regards to multiplayer and taking it to parties. I also like how so many people have the system including casual gamers because you can always have something to talk about.
