It all depends on the player's skills. lancea34You're right but when two players of similar skill play each other, tiers matter. I guarantee you that a decent jiggs will never beat a decent snake. :?
Well it depends on the person, some people may be good with one character while others suck with that character.I personally think its Mr. Game & Watch, Pokemon Trainer, and Olimar.
