Best DS Graphics.

dunno why people keep saying ninja gaiden...the backgrounds are pre rendered you realise that right?

The 3D characters move incredibly fluidly, which really does make the game look great -- not to mention boss battles. Full 3D -- the pretiest sight to behold on the DS, in my opinion.

Phantom Hourglass's cel shading wasn't too far behind, however. Metroid Prime looked good, especially with its cutscenes added to the fray -- an area the FF's have conquered as well. This has been unmentioned, but I also thought Professor Layton's art style was really unique -- just me, I guess.

Ninja Gaiden, Dementium, Metroid, Zelda, Brothers in Arms, Super Mario 64 & Mario Kart. All these games amaze me at what the DS is capable of in the right developers' hands.

Besides, PSP graphics>DS graphics by a long shot, but The World Ends With You would look good EVEN IF IT'S ON THE PSP, which is a rare feat no other DS game can accomplish.

i forgot about that game, it did have pretty good graphics, i was impressed for it being a sports game

You don't play DS games for graphics, you play them for gameplay and fun.

Bow it's it graqphics in handhend you want, get a PSP - I hear only graphics are a matter of consideration.

On topic: Metroid Prime Hunters and Dementium The Ward. Both games are simply beautiful for DS games.

ASH orninja gaiden: dragon sword.

Handhelds are for fun on the go so you don't get bored.

If you want high end graphics, get a PC. If you wanna be wannabe graphix whore, get a console.

aaaaaw poor thing he doesnt have a console no wonder he thinks pc have the "high end graphix" poor little guy i feel sorry for him........

For Me the best graphics (not gameplay) are:

1)Mario Kart Ds- Very Clean and Smooth, great character models adn animation top notch on ds

2)Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglas- WIndwaker on ds, nuff said but don't like the fixed angle

3)Viewtiful Joe Double Trouble- Wowed me first time i played, looks almost exactly like gamcube and ps2 but only at 30 frames per second and a few bits of slowdown.

4 & 5) Moon and/or Metroid Prime: Hunters

Moon- Looks much better than Metroid Prime (better textures, 60 frames per second with no slowdown) but everything get's repetetive quickly

Metriod- Much more varied and interesting looking areas than moon but only at 30 frames per second with slowdown so moon and Metroid in my opinion are tied.

6)Final Fantasy 4- Great Character models!

7)Final Fantasy Tactis A2- While not 3d it still has Beautiful Artwork and I just love the way it looks.

8)Super Mario 64- First game released on ds showing it;s 3D capabilities

9)Brothers in Arms Ds- Looks amazing but not at a very hig frame rate

10) Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles- Would have been higher on list if wasn't any slowdown, still great looking.

11)World Ends With you- Cool Stylized look, 2d made to look 3d

12)Tony Hawk American Sk8tland- Cool Cell shaded graphics but peoples face look...really messed up when you go up to people.

13)New Super Mario Bros. - Mario Looks great rendered in 3d but most everything else is still 2d, still as a whole looks great but not amazing.

Other- Ninja Gaiden- Looks great but don't own it or aven't played it so i didn't include on list.
