Link to the Past, bar-none. I don't think any game ever has topped the mechanics, flow, and excitement that THAT Zelda game has. Absolutely brilliant. And to think, that came out 15 years ago. Nintendo knows how to make a classic.
And just to confirm that it's better than Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess, I've played all of them 3 times through or more, and Link to the Past is the only one that engages me every single run through. Almost as if it is a whole new game again. Brilliant. Just plain brilliant. But Ocarina of Time was a strong second. Also a great game.

Me too, I had an awesome time with Seasons and Ages. Overall, however, I'm going to have to say Ocarina of Time. There is just something about the game that keeps it being my favorite Zelda game, even if other games were better in some areas.
I just had this discussion yesterday and I would have to say A Link To the Past for SNES was my alltime favorite. Comon, who wasn't pumped when they started pulling the master sword? :P
