Bethesda are the guys who brought people Fallout 3 and Oblivion this generation. Definitley not my type of games but they are developers who make high quality software.
I'm really interested as to what type of game they'll bring to the Wii.

Fallout 3: On rails version? :PSonick54
Omg, walking through the wasteland would be so boring... :) lol
Wonder what type of game they're making. Will it be a role-playing game with vast landscapes to explore, like they're most recent projects? Or will it be something completely different? Hopefully these questions will be answered at E3. As I'm curious to see what it is they're working on.
This could be great, but I'm going to temper my enthusiasm. If it turned out to be justanother cartoon or another rail shooter, it would kill me.
Fallout 3: On rails version? :PSonick54Or Oblivion on rails. Wet would work very well on the Wii controls, but it will probably end up being something like Breeders Cup World Thoroughbred Championships, which wouldn't be bad if used with the balance board (but still dissapointing).
In my opinion, Bethesda is a fairly generic developer. Morrowind is their one really great game. I actually kind of hope they port Morrowind to the Wii, because the PC version has atrocious controls.
Probably nothing to write home about.OreoMilkshake

That's what forums are made for. :)my friend just rented FO3, and said it was boring as heck. It didn't sound like my cup o tea either. A game like that would literally take me a year to complete (if I ever completed it, because I would most likely get bored) due to my schedule restrants.
I'm hoping it's something new

There have been too many blockbuster games announced that people were hugely excited for, only to became huge disappointments when the fine details were announced. The pessimism is warranted.Hopefully not.. Make one as good as Morrowind and then i would be happy.Hopefully they'll make an RPG as good as Oblivion and Fallout 3.

Morrowind was mediocre at best IMO, Oblivion added much more content and quests. But it wasn't bad either, I enjoyed it.
Hopefully they'll make an RPG as good as Oblivion and Fallout 3.
Hopefully not.. Make one as good as Morrowind and then i would be happy. Morrowind had huge potential, but travel was tedious and monotonous so I eventually quit playing it. If they fixed the borring travel system and balanced spellcaster better (perhaps I didn't get ot a high enough level as a spellcaster, but it it seemed impossible to kill enemies without a sword), I would love to play it on the Wii.[QUOTE="Sonick54"]Fallout 3: On rails version? :Pjeroentje001

That was actually a joke in the April edition of Game Informer in the "Game Infarcer" section, I'm curious to see what they have up their sleeve but I wouldn't bank on a Fallout.bethesda arent one of those developers that i drool over whatever game might come out of them next. theyve been hit and miss with me. ill have to wait until they release some information on it. one thing is likely though: it probably wont be cripled with bugs since its running on easier hardware.
well Bathesda just started helping out with that game "Wet". Maybe that's it. It looks really fun.gauisu_nexWet is what Red Steel should have been.
