I don't wast my time with scrap games like this. DBT3 on the other hand is a personification of what an anime fighting game should be, plus it has online!

Seeing as the JPN version that came out at it's launch did not, dont bet on it.
Apparntly, Sega is not going to cut or alter anything, dispite the fact the Anime in NA is so far behind where it is in Japan, because this game does not follow the show, it has it's own storyline. (Arrancar, Yay!)
That also mean's we will be getting all the Bankai Action!
The only bummer is that it will only use the English dub voice's, alot of people were hoping they would keep the JPN voice's in (mostly Fan-Subber's like myself who are keeping up with the series in Japan), but it's not a deal breaker.
I think this is the future of Anime fighter's, Naruto Shipuuden: GNT EX and this NA exclusive counter part, Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revo. will be using a simmlair control type, you swing the Mote to do normal attack instead of pressing a button (Well, you can Hold the A button and swing to do Stronger attacks, or Hold B to do Projectile attacks).
Not to put down Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, im going to buy it myself, but i hated the whole sensor bar, cursor out and in thing in BT2, it good to hear they scrapped that and are going just with gestures for speical's this time.
