There's no confirmation of this other than the trailer, and we still don't know what he will be doing, but it looks like Bublin is in Brawl. Assist Trophy...or maybe just a level element.

he has to be a stage element if king bulbin is a stage element too. he couldn't be a character and i dont think hed make a very good assist trophymicahismyname

maybeit just wasn't important enough to mention. king bulbin is a much cooler add on because he moves faster. bulbin would walk slow and only do small amounts of damagemicahismyname
