Can the blue light on the disc inject eject place be changed?

You would have to do some modding. That'd be neat though, if you pull it off you should post pictures.

I think the LED Doesn't stay on because LED lights would be hard to replace on the Wii.

Just leave it alone. Doing anything voids your warrenty. if you screw up your wii, nintendo will NOT fix it

The Blue LED light is connected to the wifi functions it will glow blue ( depending on your wii settings ) if you are connected to WiiConnect24 and it will blink if you get a new message or announcement from nintendo or someonelse. I recommend you don't do it it messes up your wii if you do it wrong.

It depends on your skill with a soldering iron. The blue LEDs are on a little printed circuit board that's screwed to the front cover. You could unsolder them and solder gold LEDs in their place, but you risk damaging the printed circuit board traces, and they're nearly impossible to repair. Not a beginner project.
