Can't Add Funds? (UK)

I have gotten the new update, but when I try to add funds it just tells me I credit card cannot be used, the bank I am using is Santander, I have retyped the details several times and I definitely have money in my account, is anyone else having this issue?

I can't link my Nintendo Club membership on the 3DS. It keeps saying "The email address and/or password is incorrect."

anyone try buying a retail card at a gamestop yet? i wonder how long before they become available. i never use credit cards for 360/ps3/wii so i dont really want to start now. (though i do use credit for steam cause there is no other option)
