This is completely off topic, but that game is "Mario is Missing" and was an geography edutainment game that came out some years ago, Nes/Snes I believe. It also was not developed or published by Nintendo.

Because there is no SNES board, and other people talk about possible releases for the Virtual Console, hance the reason why it's okay to talk about "Mario is missing".
yeah its mario is missing although other games with mario being kidnapped and must be save by other heros are... Luigi's Mansion and Super Princess Peach
