capturing vicinti

so I finally got pokemon black.

i wanted to see how long should I train my pokemon to make sure I am ready to capture vicinti. what level do you think is a good level to go in there to get him

I had my guys in the 15 level range, and it took about an hour of constant re-trys but i finally got it.

Yeah level 15 range is good as that's what vicinti is. Just bring lots of Pokeballs and save before fighting him so you don't have to buy more. I seriously went through 50 pokeballs before he stayed caught.
