I just got my Wii today and i was wondering if the classic controller will play gamecube games.

Does any one know and sorry if this has been addressed before or if its super obvious....

Nah ya need a gamecube controller to play gamecube games.

You also need a GC memory card to save games incase you didn't know, which could very well be likely considering you didn't know you can't use the Classic Controller.

That would be hard to play GC games with the classic controller.
