closing threads

Now that makes no sense, why close a thread when someone want info from it :question:

What was the closed thread discussing? Also this seems more appropriate in the ask the mods forum or as a message to a mod.

What exactly are you saying, TC? That the mods around here are lock-happy and arbitrarily shut down every third thread?
