When I tried to redeem my calender (I only reached gold) the part where it's supposed to ask my address says that my Internet explorer can't read it...
I dont understand why there are so many people complaining about these gifts... Being able to get a reward for your coins is one thing but this doesnt even cost coins. I am not only going to get this one gift, I am also going to get a gift for turning in my coins... and all that just for buying games that I would have bought even without getting a gift. ag1052
Yup, that's the way to look at it. I don't know what people were expecting, it's not like previous Club Nintendo rewards were worth hundreds of dollars or anything. They are just nice small gifts to reward loyalty. It's like saving box tops from your cereal for the free prize, only better :)
It was kind of a tough choice, but in the end, I'm not really a collector whatsoever, so I'm getting the Punch Out fight. Anything I've ever gotten from Gamespot just gets thrown in my closet. The Mario hat would just sit in the dark with my Juke flask and Everquest 2 lunch box. Not that I don't appreciate the gifts from GS over the years, but it's not really my thing.

You got a Juke flask too? I got mine from JodyR when former employee Bethany screwed me and didn't send me my free copy of Spore, bleh (though I did also get a .hack shirt, Metacritic sticker, magic GS ball, and GS coin purse).

I have the magic GS ball, too. I'm pretty sure that's how they determine review scores.

We dont have it yet... it could be months before we get it I hope it doesn't actually take that long to get the game. They give the same dates for both Mario hat and Punch Out rewards, but as there's nothing physical about Punch Out to actually stock and ship, I'm guessing we'll see it in our inboxes much earlier than people will receive their hats.

Anyway, I got the hat. I thinks it's good that Platinum Members are getting a choice between two things. There should've been two prizes for Gold Member's as well, I would've hated just getting a calander.
