" I am Error" - Error from Zelda II (Crappy game, but awesome line)

" Barf!" - Enemy from River City Ransom

" If we wait any longer there won't be a (censored) green light!" - One of the airborne soldiers from Brothers In Arms when they are almost blown out of the sky. (Great game. Highly recommend it to anyone with a gaming PC or old Xbox. Nintendo isn't the only system worth playing folks.

But THE best line from any game hands down has to be...
