Maybe its just me but I've only had the Wii for only 1 day and man I'm sore already. Don't get me wrong I love it so far but playing the system does a number on you when you are not used to it.

Am I alone in this?

Not I'm not worried about it, just wondering if any other new Wii owners are experiencing the same thing.

u were probably playing wii sports thats what happened to me when i played it all the time cuz i would swing as hard as i could and my arms got swore

Not I'm not worried about it, just wondering if any other new Wii owners are experiencing the same thing.

I got wicked tennis elbow the day after launch day. It goes away. I had "bowling shoulder" at the same time actually :P

A lot of people get soe after there first few days of the wii.  You get used to what movements you need to make and how to move.  But as a morning exercise everyday I play "punching the bag"  in the wii sports training for 20 minutes.

i love playing wii sports baseball.  me and my buddies always have little tournaments but the day after always sucks cuz my arms are useless.  i guess it's better than being hung over though...............
