I bought both Obscure: The Aftermath No More Heroes brand new shrink wraped. But, it seems that the cases they came in dosen't have the word Wii on the inside, like all my other Wii games. These games were purchased at GameStop, and I wondering if anyone elses has this type of case.

There are two different cases. The first of which is sturdier, has three sets of latches, and the Wii logo above the disc. The second of which is thinner, has only one set of latches, and does not have the Wii logo above the disc.

All of my 1st party and launch titles has the first case, all of my third party after launch has the second case. Sounds reasonable to me.

Guitar Hero 3 is third-party and not a launch title. Still has the word Wii over it. Sure you know what you're talking about? (Oh, and so does Madden and Fifa, and more.)

Yes, i usually do. However I was not talking about everyone's Wii games, I was talking about MY Wii games. Thank you for providing more examples of third party games with the more expensive cases. Good day.

I can't say I've noticed the case thing.
