i think so..
and after 5-6 year new N console .. so :P
I think the GC was fun :) and i just own like 15 games for that... imagine how fun can the wii be.. i would happy just for the VC :)
brawl will last at least 4 years, if not more, 5 bucks that brawl is the wiis version of halo 3, online is still strong for halo 1 on pc.darkspineslayer
LoL, I was just playing the trial version of one online so yup you right
Smash Bros. will determine that. Melee is fun 6 years after it's release, Brawl could repeat the trend.

I don't agree with that, considering Halo 3 blows chunks (Proud 360 owner, shamed H3 owner). Don't put them in the same sentence kthxbye =P

I definitely want a 360, but not for Halo 3. Mass Effect and bioshock look amazing : ) I'm one of those people who think the wii will be a lot more fun four years from now. By then it should have more games out.NES is still fun after 22 years. Ofcourse wii will still be fun. I'll be playing wii on VC in 2028.Sants412
Thats assuming there will be a 2028 for humanity. I just live 1 day at a time lol.
Hopefully. It can be seen two ways (like everything else).
1. glass half empty approach being that all the A games are coming out this year and then what? Sloppy seconds? Nothing promising has been announced far into 2008...
2. glass half full approach being that since 3rd party support is now growing due to the runaway success of the console, we'll be getting more high quality games at a more steady rate in the upcoming years.
I think I'm leaning more towards the optimistic view that we'll get more good games in the coming years and less ports but will halfway expect budget copy and paste ports to stick around, hopefully in the minority.
Brawl will keep me busy for a very, very long time. *Still plays Melee with friends*
And no doubt they'll keep making fun games.
sure it will. we'll have tons of classic vc games to play, plenty of awesome titles.
in my case, after playing nfs carbon on wii, all my future racing game purchases will be on wii - not for my 360. im willing to sacrifice online play - which i have experienced soo many cheaters it ain't fun no more - so i can race using tilt controls. so wii's definately gonna be my racing game console. right now halo 3 is the best damn shooter ever. but down the road, when maybe redsteel II comes out, wii will own in shooters. heck, it think its doin' well right now - i got hooked on redsteel's precise controls and that really the main reason that convinced me to get a wii - redsteel's my wii launch title. wii has potential, and as the years go by, devs will prolly make the best out of it.
