Cuz they were let down by GTA Chinatown Wars. They feel like since they didn't do it in 3d that an open world 3d game won't work on the DS.

Yeah I know about it and cant wait for it to come out. I love free-roaming games :)

i always loved the rockstar freeroaming games. i hope this is just as good.
