I did a mistake once and traded in 3 Wii --actually, good-- Wii games, and I regretted it, they were Red Steel, The Simpsons Game and Mario Party 8, they weren't that bad tbh, and also I love collecting games, I'm a video game buff as well as movie so for me it was a big mistake
I will never ever ever ever trade in a single game, I love collecting 'em and they mean a lot to me, even the crappy ones.
really? i never get ripped off. i turned in 6 games and got $82.50. (these are all gamecube games and 1 wii game after wii came out.and a couple of ds games) i turned in Mario Strikers Charged got $16.00, Lego Starwars 2 got $10.00, Yoshi Island DS got $11.00, Super Mario Bros. got $20.00, Mario and Luigi Partners in Time got $9.00, and Super Smash Bros. Melee got $16.50. what i just listed are right off of a reciept im looking at right now :P.No, all my games are special to me
Each game is not only that game but the person that got me that game, I can't trade that away PLUS get ripped off.

I trade in the games I don't play or games I don't like that much. I can agree with Jasonguy, my games are kind of special to me.
I've been gaming for about 17 years now (I'm 20) so I know the regret of trading a good game then having to hunt it down later.

Wait, I thought you said "good" Wii games. That was probably a good decision to trade those games.

You could have sold those games for twice as much on Ebay. Also, guaranteed Gamestop sold those games for twice what they gave you. You got ripped off.
Never Ever will I trade a game. Ill get ripped off and later I may want to play the game again so I'll have to go buy it... again.
I don't rent games neither. If there is a game I am interested in I will do some research and just buy it. If I rent it and then buy it later the game is ruined for me since I will have already played it.
I never trade in games. You get ripped off, for what you can sell on eBay for maybe twice the price. I've heard bad stories about trade-ins...
When I was a kid, I wasnt worried about such things as nostalgia. As each generation faded away, I sold that particular console and all of the games to get the latest piece of kit. I used to have a NES, SNES, N64, Megadrive, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Gamecube and Xbox. I now only have a Wii. It stings to think of all those awesome games I have gotten rid of.
Ive started collecting again, but the Wii's Virtual Console helps a lot. Even so, most of my cash goes on legacy titles.

actually i didnt get ripped off cuz i didnt buy them i got them as gifts :P so i like wut i have done. i got ssbb for free sooooooooo......No. But I have before. Only once though. It was to trade in Metroid Prime: Hunters for Smash Bros. Brawl. Great decision as I had gotten sick of MP:Hunters. An abomination to the series to be quite honest.
Other than that, no. I never have.
