Does anyone still play Mario Kart Single Player? I dont coz it was the first game i got. I still see people doing it and sometimes i say to the, why are you playing that game, isnt it boring? and they say no, or i just got the game. It annoys me a lot that people still buy really old games!!!!!!!

It is a good game. I bought Chrono Cross the other day at EB Games. That is almost a 10 year old game. I guess I must annoy the hell out of you then.

LOL...Why do you care if other people play older games? That's kind of a weird thing to annoy you.

I'm probably gonna buy Mario Kart DS in a month or something like that. It looks really fun and I hear it is.

Every so often. But not for long. It really doesn't matter if someone plays older games. Don't you ever replay your old ones?

Well since the Wii version single player sucks, they go back to the DS one.

I go back and repeat old games. If the game was good its worth going through again after a decent amount of time has passed and its no longer fresh in your mind. I will often by old games that maybe at the time i wasn't interested in, didn't hear about etc. Mario karts a great game i would recommend it to anyone new to the ds why should they miss out cause they didn't have a ds when it came out.

Why should it matter if people are playing old games?

Some people might not be will ing to pay like £30 for a game and will wait till it comes down in price.

Not anymore. Three stars within every race is very annoying. I'm glad I got those, after so much frustration. Now, I only play the multiplayer with friends.

Actually i dont play Mario Kart cause im playing FFIII and also that my time is not enough to spend more than 1 hour playing FFIII but when i got bored for playing so much time only a game (only on sundays) i like to change and play Mario Kart ;)

By the way, why do you care if people are playing old games? When im at my cousins home, we like to have a VS in Tetris atack (yeah that game from SNES) ;)

It's still a really fun game, it just depends on what you like. I prefer Diddy Kon Racing.... but lot's of people like Mario Kart better.

(Diddy Kong Racing has way better one-player-mode in my opinion)

:P

I play "DOOM", "DOOM II", and "Wolfenstein 3D" on my DS via GBA cart every other day, that's really gotta stick in your side... I'm playin' games from the 1990s!!!:? The other thing I'm completely into these days is "Space Invaders Extreme"... no joke. When the stuff that comes out today isn't up to the quality of yesterday, the discerning gamer has little choice.

And as far as playing "MarioKart" solo, I would think that's about the ONLY way to enjoy the title given that it's a cheater's paradise online without the benefit of a decent Friends List.

Mario Kart DS isn't old at all. I still play it and I've had it for a few years, Wi-Fi and single-player. :)

I sold it within weeks of completing it to my satisfaction (I didn't 3-star everything). Online gaming annoys me so I had no more use for it.

No, it got too repetitive for my liking, plus I cleared all the tracks anyway so there was no reason for me to play it anymore.

If playing old games annoys you: I've been playing Scramble on the orginal Vextrex. A 1982 console, playing a port of an arcade game originally released in 1981.
Call me crazy, but nostalgia appeals. I enjoy older games.
Sometiems for their own lasting quality, sometimes more for the memories as anything else.
