Does it bother anyone...

That only FIVE (5) Wii games came out in the US in april? And only one of those were rated above mediocre (Paper Mario).

I love my Wii, and I had great fun with it when it first came out, but Madden got old without online multiplayer, Godfathers not any fun since I beat it 100%, and COD3 has absolutely NO replayability. I'm personally concerned about the lack of Wii games coming out, and I was looking at the upcoming releases and their aren't many out there that look like they will blow my socks off. I'm not considering getting rid of my Wii or anything, I'm just crossing my fingers that some game under the radar will satisfy my needs (at least until the good 1st party games come out). Any one else feel the same way?

I did say I might. I bought the Wii for games and also for VC games, which I am taking advantage of. Zelda looks good, but I don't know how much I would enjoy it. I am use to games like Metal Gear Solid, Ace Combat, and those types of games. That's the type of games I want to see on a Wii. 

I'm not saying the future of the Wii is doomed...just that they need to jump on the ball and start rolling out some quality titles. Col_Kilgore

not really me once BWii comes out i want need another game for like a year but it's not come out till winter but metroid should keep me going till it comes out if it has online

dude, the Wii just came out 5 months ago, developers were cautious about the Wii and didn't start until after E306 and even then there were few, now there are tons of Wii games in development, 45 by nintendo alone.

Are u kidding me!??!??!? For one thing, how can games like super smash brawl, metroid prime 3, guitar hero 3, and the new madden(which will have online) not knock your socks off? I'm psyced about these games and definately cannot wait for them to come outgeorge_is_link6

Well simply put devs got caught with thier pants down, they were totally unprepared for the success of the Wii. Therefore they are still playing catch up.
