Do you trust the encyclopedia Britannica? If so, there is no reason for you to knot trust Wikipedia. Wikipedia can have the information updated instantly, whereas the Britannica usually takes about 5 years (or how ever long it takes for the new volumes to come out). And as the TC said, it was taken off, meaning somebody realized it was false information. Do not take this as though I'm saying to trust wikipedia 100%. It's just like anything, you should always look at other sources to verify.

How about that, if you actually read what the TC said, you would notice he said it got taken down the same day. That would imply that somebody realized it was wrong and fixed it. Therefore, Wikipedia is correct because it was not on their list. WOW! Wikipedia was actually right? That can't be! It's updated by normal people. Oh wait, the Encyclopdedia is updated by normal people to, just cause they have fancy degrees and stuff does not mean anything. Wikipedia is a reliable source and just like anything, you cannot rely just on the one source.
