DS Imports?

my friends folks are going to japan tomorrow and wondered if i wanted them to get me some games

so... what games are japan only that people recommend importing? preferably with not to much knowledge of japanese required...

probably the 3 most popular this year have been Jump ultimate Stars, Bleach2 and Ouendan2. ---I think the Bleach that is coming out here is Bleach1 so bleach2 the import is still worth getting as an import if you think you'll like it. If you've played Elite Beat Agents and like it then Ouendan2 is your game. ---There are no Gamespot reviews for these 3 games but there are user reviews over on the review page so check those out for more feedback on any of these games. Also Play Asia probably has user reviews posted for each of these. -Best bet for the no japanese required would be Ouendan2...gameplay exactly like EBA...I have all 3 of these but my top recommendation would be ouendan2 also but then again it's a matter of what kind of games you like.

I got 'Slide adventure Mag Kid' the other day and it's great. It's an amazing little gadget and the game is fun without speaking or reading any japanese. There are also a lot of mini games to unlock. Check it out!

Also, 'Densetsu no Stafi 4' is suposed to be pretty good too (the same creators of Super Princess Peach).

buying games in japanese is not really cheap and u may even get a lower price from online game stores.iam_suede

i told them to pick up Jump Ultimate STars (looks wicked sweet and the football character wears my jersey #21 so it's perfect)

also ouendan 2 if they find it used. otherwise i'll just get EBA here. thanks for the tips!
