DS or PSP? Which do you think is better?

Under some of my Youtube videos I've had a lot of arguments over whether the PSP or the DS are better!

I want to hear some people's opinions and the reasons why they like one over the other.

So VOTE and tell me what you think

Technically this belongs in System Wars.

However, it's been posted so many times with the same arguments repeating and repeating that you could just look up one of the older threads.

At this point, I believe more people favor the DS, but the tides turn once every few months... Just take a look at the libraries of each and decide which you're more interested in.

I have both systems and I find myself not playing the PSP all that much.

I chose the DS, because of the game library. For me it just has more games that I like and games I'm looking forward to.

PLEASE STOP THIS THREADS ALREADY!

both handhelds are great, just choose which system have that games that you prefer and just go with it, both have different kind of games so no need to trashtalk both system

Well I think that if you want a system that is more than a console game right out of the box you should choose PSP. But I remember you that you could easily get these things with gadgets like r4 that are not very expensive and the DS has the advantage of the stylus witch can be very useful for reading files etc.

In the games department in my opinion the DS (considering also the GBA games for retro stuff) takes clear advantage because it has games for every taste and the games that are based in the stylus the PSP just can't offer. A new game experience for sure!!

The only advantages as far as gaming is concerned for the PSP is the possibility to connect the console to the TV and the existence of the control stick (but I heard that it is poorly designed and makes your hands suffer, besides some people just don't like control sticks).

Go for the DS!! You will not regret it:)

Although I am really more of a PSP person, I gotta say, that is a really good comment. Usually people who go for DS just say that it's better than psp but you've actually shown some proof, so nice one! :)

I agree more with 1amthe1ne tho. I agree that if the DS is more of your thing, then get a DS but if PSP is your thing, get a PSP. I find PSP is the better one for me because It has clear graphics on a large screen so I don't need to look really closely and kill my eyes lol and the games are really at PS2 standard in both size and graphics. And I'm really into free roaming games and the DS doesn't seem to offer much in that aspect. :S I do wish the PSP had a touch screen though. It would help a lot in online games when you want to chat.

I have both,i prefer the DS. And this thread should be in the system war forum.

I have them both and I know the psp costs more but I seem to play my DS way more than my psp.

Lock it up.
