Just wondering if anyone has put a skin on their ds lite. I bought one from bestbuy, and what really p's me o (haha) is the crappy air bubbles. Anybody else have that problem?thenjimmysaidI don't have a skin, but I have a screen cover and yes there are a lot of bubbles, especially on the top screen. I don't care much though because I know it's protecting my screen and that's all that matters:P
I had a skin bought from Decalgirl, and no air bubbles at all for me. Maybe it depends on how you put it on. o_omufujifi
So does your DS Lite actually close all the way with the skin on there? I remember when I bought one for my original DS it wouldn't close because the skins on the inside were too thick. That's why I haven't even bothered trying to put one on my Lite.
The spontaneous combustion skin on there would look friggin' sweet on my Onyx Lite.
It all depends on how you put the skin on, you have to put it on while getting rid of air bubbles. A cool site to get skins is www.decalgirl.com, they have all kinds of skins for ds/lite, wii, ps2, xbox/360. its a preatty cool site.Kakua_OmariWow, I wasn't aware of like...decals for systems and such outside of those officially released by companies for promos or prizes or what not. That's really cool. >_> Maybe I'll get one for my DS and PS3...thanks Kakua. :D

My lite didn't close all the way, but it was just a tiny problem for me. Although I did remove it in the end, because I miss seeing the white surface.

lol. Yeah... I had a skin on my old electric blue DS phat and I realized that it wouldn't close after I put it on, so I ended up taking the ones on the inside off. It still looked sweet, but it wasn't what I expected.
I might still buy one from Decalgirl to protect my Lite from scratches on the outside, though. I'll just have to make sure I don't put one on the inside. :P
No skins, no screen protectors.Litchie

Same here. I don't have any scratches or whatever.[QUOTE="especensor"][QUOTE="Litchie"]No skins, no screen protectors.StillB0RED

Same here. I don't have any scratches or whatever.I got a scatch from playing Spectrobe s on my DS lite touch screen, but I bought a scratch filler that fixed it in 3 minutes. It's a good investment just in case a scatch gets on your DS screen.
